FAQs

👤: "How does your shipping work?"

i ship all orders in a small parcel sized package, with bubblewrap and a thankyou note :). i use royal mail tracked services, and once your item/s are posted you will recieve a tracking number to ensure the item arrives safe and isnt lost.

👤: "What are your shop policies?"

- please bare in mind i am a one person 'business' (if you could call it that), and creating takes time, so please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be completed and shipped. if i have a particularly busy week coming up, i will send emails out asking for a few more days to complete orders. you have any questions i am always open to a chat - i dont bite!

- in the future i may open commissions, and i'll update this with commission policies later.

- damage in transit, while unlikely, is out of my hands, so please be understanding of the situation - if the damage is noticeable/item is broken i will be able to replace it at no extra cost. if an item is lost in transit, i will also be able to provide a replacement for this!

- we're all human, so your item will not be  100% perfect as i handpaint these myself. if you are not okay with this, i do not recommend ordering! (though it will obviously look like the listing picture, i have standards!)

- when i feel like ive recieved a decent amount of orders (around 3-5 dependent in size), i will close up shop so i can complete my current orders without having to take on too much. please dont be worried if you see my shop is closed - it will reopen soon! i will keep my tiktok (https://www.tiktok.com/@shrinkeyz?_t=8qPppxSKLz6&_r=1) updated with reopening dates at all times.

- upon arrival, if you are not happy with your order (design) i am unfortunately not able to provide a refund, as i will send pictures of the item before shipping to make sure everything is okay!

👤: "How do you make your products?"

i use plastic shrinking paper (shrinky dink paper as its known by many) for the base, and paint the design with POSCA paint pens. a heat gun is used to shrink the paper into a little keyring (they go so small - they start out so big!), and i usually put a clear coat over the paint to seal the design and prevent chipping/flaking and damage.
